David was a great host. The hookas were one of the best we had in the city. Perfect spot with outdoor seating. Highly recommended for hookah lovers!
I sat in the outdoor seating. I was a nice shaded area at the side of the building. The wait staff was on task at all times although they had multiple tables inside and out. My food was served quickly. It was a very large portion. It's a nice location down the street from the Brickell Mall nestled in the midst of various restaurant choices. Nice place
I had an amazing dining experience Balans last night! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Our server Altab was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Altab made excellent recommendations and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. What really stood out was how they made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. Our drinks were always full, the food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and they even accommodated a special dietary request with no hassle at all. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're lucky enough to get Altab — top-notch service that made our night!
Altab our server was great. Balans burger was delicious and caesar salad too. Don't order the “thick bacon strips” literally 2oz of bacon top served as 3 small strips of bacon with peanut butter and jelly for 18 .. literally a scam. But the rest was good and tasty
Excellent!! As customer we appreciated the support and care provided by the staff specially the French guy. We were 2 girls that needed a placed to work and to charge our phones while waiting for the time to go to the airport and he made it happen. All the staff was always attentive without being too pushy. Food was good, wifi worked perfectly, the place is well decorated as many other places in Brickell but for me what differentiated this places is the staff. I recommend going there and live the experience yourself.
Gabi was incredibly sweet and welcoming! The Aperol Spritz was perfect, and the ambiance was amazing. Definitely the best spot to enjoy a hookah. Highly recommend!
Balans is hands down one of my favorite spots! I come here regularly and the service is always top tier. A special shoutout to Altab, my go-to server he’s friendly, attentive, and always makes sure everything is perfect. The drinks are on point, the hookah is always smooth, and the overall vibe is unmatched. Whether I’m coming with friends or just to unwind, Balans never disappoints!
